When choosing to create a new Zowe config file where one already exists, the error message is broken

The error message says

A Team Configuration File already exists in this location

Continuing may alter the existing file, would you like to proceed?

To Reproduce

Have an existing zowe config file. Choose the option to create a profile, and to create a new config file. The error message appears.
