cached profile information with use of node.getProfile

Describe the bug

instead of node.getProfile we should use Profiles.loadNamedProfile to get the latest information about the profile from profilesCache to avoid having out of date information

Expected behavior

have up to date profile information for each action within Zowe Explorer
