"Open selected data set" action warning PDS is not found when it actually is #4230

Describe the bug

The "open selected data set" right click option when highlighting text works fine for all data sets including partitioned data sets. However, if a highlighted PDS is not in favorites but does exist, the tree will be successfully filtered on that PDS name and show the PDS, but there will also be an additonal warning message that shows for no reason:

Image

If the PDS is in favorites, the highlight will open it in the favorites tree no problem and with no warning message.

Reproduced on both zosmf and ssh profile types.

To Reproduce

Open a file or data set containing a PDS qualifier on your system (that is not in your favorites).
Highlight the text, right click, select "Open selected data set"
See that your profile tree has the PDS listed
See that the warning message as above is shown

Expected behavior

It to work as it is but without the warning message
