Unable to add member after creating PDS that replaces sequential data set

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a sequential data set
2. Delete the sequential data set
3. Create a PDS with the same name as the previous data set
4. Right-click the PDS and select "Add Member"

Actual Behavior
An error is displayed saying that the FS entry is not a directory.

Expected Behavior
When deleting a data set, the FS entry should be disposed of. And when creating a new data set, it should be recreated.

Hi! I'm interested in contributing to Zowe Explorer and was wondering if anyone is currently working on this issue. Could someone point me toward the relevant components/files involved in the dataset refresh lifecycle? I'd like to investigate.
