zowex (SSH): Filtering jobs by status in VSCE does not work

Describe the bug

The quick pick allows the user to filter jobs by a specific status in Zowe Explorer. But with SSH profiles, this status is ignored entirely and all jobs are listed. This is not the case for a given owner and prefix - both parameters work as expected.

To Reproduce

1. Click on the search icon beside an SSH profile using staging/zowex branch
2. Select a status such as ACTIVE before submitting the search
3. Submit the search and notice that jobs with other statuses are returned

Expected behavior

The status value selected by the user should be used for the list request
