I forgot that the motivation for adding test markers in the first place was to turn off only restart repro testing in this repo. @jo-basevi would you be able to re-approve please? |

This PR updates the CI test markers according to incoming changes to
model-config-tests.This shouldn't be merged until ACCESS-NRI/model-config-tests#137 is merged.
