I've opened a fix for the incorrect rendering of the lineage graph MarquezProject/marquez#2519. So, we can remove the comment on the --seed usage.

The images in the Getting Started quickstart are not up-to-date. This updates the images of the UI and adds recent talks to the links at the end.
