[BUG]: Big Picture mode only starts with the key combination once when the emulator is launched. #13584

Describe the Bug
The emulator should display the underlined letter (m in start big picture mode) after exiting big picture mode, as well as restarting it with that combination without having to restart the emulator to get it work properly and just once per-launching.
At the button you can see what happens before entering and exiting big picture mode.

Reproduction Steps
Open de emulator, than click the "big picture mode" button to make it start. At this moment, the button allows you to lanch the big picture mode once that the system menu is expanded with the "m" key, but when you leave the big picture mode, you only get it work again with the shortcut key after you launch the emulator again
