@CMIP-IPO can we see if IRRMIP plans to continue to be part of CMIP7? It seems their protocol document etc are not longer accessible - dupe of #138

A couple of tweaks, and then this should be good to merge

1901 + 122 = 2022. The amip data extends to December 2022, and the other forcings extend to December 2021, so this should be 121 = 2021-12-31

Blocked by #287 and finalisation of experiment schema/data model I believe (but translating this content should be easy once those are done, so best to leave this open I think)
