Accidentally removed this check in #95 (it's confusing, because
sharedApplicationis declared as non-NULL in the header, but that's because UIKit assumes you callUIApplicationMainas the first thing infn main, it is actually null beforeUIApplicationMainhas been called).This is not a soundness issue,
objc2would have panicked internally when trying to createRetained<NSObject>fromsharedApplication. But the error message is clearer this way, and we avoid a panic.
