Maxime and me were working on adding support for mouse
GRCm38to Sarek and I sucessfully finished my local tests. See this PR for the changes to Sarek.This here adds some docs on how I did create the data - will send you a S3 bucket URL in a couple of minutes to add the data to iGenomes properly.
