The new section is a genuinely helpful addition for contributors, but has four issues worth addressing before merging: the missing ./bin/fetch-configlet prerequisite (which will break the configlet commands on a fresh clone), no syntax-highlighting language on the code fence, an unlinked external script reference, and an unexplained GO111MODULE=off that will puzzle contributors unfamiliar with GOPATH mode.
