Description
This was initially done to hold all the UI Tweaks for release, but that has now changed and we will do the merging on a per PR basis of the UI Tweaks.
This is the branch with updated Left Menu (branch rebased off latest from 5.x-dev) and also rebased with Cards,Widgets and Background tweaks. This should make this branch easier to merge once DEV-19958 is merged in.
Will have to rebase this with 5.x-dev again once DEV-19958 is merged in
