Finale Toolkit is a suite of utilities to work with fragmentomics data, for plotting, analysis, scores and visualization. (https://github.com/epifluidlab/FinaleToolkit)

There are several sub-commands so I thought a single tracking issue for these would work. If more focused issues are better I can do them.
