What's changed?

In Java compatibility tests (8, 11, 17, 21, 25) mark the dependant META-INF information as irrelevant for Gradle caching.

What's your motivation?

This is a continuation of #7489. That one turned out not to be enough. Continuing. In a hope that PRs which don't change anything for Java don't need to run all the expensive Java compatibility tests.
