What's changed?
Making
rewrite-java-testnot depend on rewrite-groovy and rewrite-kotlin modules.It required moving a few test cases to these modules instead.
What's your motivation?
In a continued hope to improve the CI speed for some of the PRs - as started in #7489, #7495, #7520.
