The label for `internet_access:fee` is misleading

Describe the bug

The label for internet_access:fee is Internet Access. This label can be misleading, I suggest a label like Internet Access Fee.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use the internet_access:fee key

Expected behavior
A label which clearly shows that the field is about the fee and not the access itself.
