links to translations broken?

Describe the bug
Following README links to translation says the page doesn't exist

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#translating
2. click on the link "open the translation page" (or others)
3. it goes to https://www.transifex.com/openstreetmap/id-editor/translate/
4. but that page returns " 404 Error - We're sorry the page you're looking for isn't available. "

Expected behavior
Links to translations would work

I've found related issue #1536 with problems with Transifex, but nothing of this scale

working links seems to be:

• https://app.transifex.com/openstreetmap/id-editor/dashboard/ (if already logged in)
• https://explore.transifex.com/openstreetmap/id-editor/

I can confirm that link in https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#translating is 404ing and it obviously should not.
