Better distinguish tourism=office from tourism=visitor_centre

Description, Motivation & Context

Changed the name of the tourism=information + information=office preset to better distinguish between office and visitor_centre. The previous name was misleading.

(information=office ist used for tourist offices that offer general information about a whole city or region. In contrast, the similar category information=visitor_centre ist used for visitor centers that offer information about a specific attraction.)

Hi! I have a proposal to deprecate information=office in favor of tourism=information_office as part of making information a top-level tag. I'd appreciate any comments on the proposal prior to the start of voting, which will be soon.

I read the proposal and it looks reasonable to me. I'm not sure, though, whether having a cleaner syntax for information_office and visitor_centre is really worth braking backwards compatibility for data consumers. A lot of these POIs will disappear from many Apps for a few months during the transition period.

But regardless of whether the proposal is accepted or not: For the ID presets I would stick to the currently established tagging practice for now.

Lets wait for the proposal voting to end and then look at this PR together with https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/pull/1484/files because both are very related.

@matkoniecz It would be great to get your input/review once the proposal is finished on those two PRs.

@quincylvania at first glance, it seems like the proposal did not reach the 75% acceptance quota.

So… I think we can continue with this proposal (and #1484) as originally proposed.

visitor centres are not exactly popular in my area, so I do not feel very confident about it....

but are these two actually considered as distinct top-level features in say UK? Maybe visitor centre should be subtag of tourism office?

Also, for #1484 - usage of tourism=visitor_centre tag is not very high. Though given it is used despite current id tagging presets...

and even if visitor center preset would not be added as a separate thing, this change seems harmless anyway
