better describe glass values, add some values from https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/blob/master/app/src/main/java/de/westnordost/streetcomplete/quests/recycling_material/RecyclingMaterial.kt (some remaining) that were based on quite significant research to get small set of values covering most of uses also, triggered by editing https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?editor=id&way=214238515#map=19/51.79975/-2.59044 and noticing missing values
