chore(deps): bump fast-xml-parser from 5.5.10 to 5.7.1

The new versions includes various security fixes and new features that bpmn-visualization doesn't use.
The entity management is now done by an external dependency (@nodable/entities).

The update increases the size of the minified file from 4 KB to 4.5 KB.
