Add quickpick item 'Login using cluster URL and token from clipboard' to login command

Extension does not recognize clipboard content after using 'Copy login command' from Developer Console. Login command should give it as an option to use when logging into cluster.

I've just been bitten by that one. It'd be nice if the login by token choice was able to parse the pasted login command to extract the token
