Create Get Started for OpenShift in VSCode Open Walkthrough

Currently, it is not easy for the user to understand how to proceed with all the steps needed for the extension to work and start quickly.

We will be creating a webview based UI to demonstrate the workflow on the Getting Started.

• This page will open up once VSCode is loaded up and added in Open Walkthrough
• Add screencast gifs for every individual step

Sample Get Started are in Python Development, Gitlens, Docker Extension.

The following steps should be considered for the Getting Started Page.

1. Login to OpenShift

1.a. Login using Remote OpenShift Cluster
1.b. Login using OpenShift Local
1.c. Login using Developer Sandbox

2. Create a Component using Registry Viewer

3. Push a Component to the connected cluster

4. Debug the Component locally

5. Open the Component in Browser
