There are wiki pages for several programs that are useful utilities for the Cypher AFM force spectroscopy experiments. The Cypher utilities consists of the following proc files...

• closedloopmotion.ipf - This proc file contains procedures for doing closed loop motion with the stage in the xy plane.
• constantforcemotion.ipf - This proc file contains procedures for doing closed loop motion with the stage in the xy plane while holding the cantilever at a constant force.
• involscheck.ipf - This proc file contains procedures and GUI for doing a hard press into the surface for periodically checking the inverse optical lever arm sensitivity (InvOLS).
• searchformolecules.ipf - This proc file contains procedures and GUI for raster scanning a series of locations on the surface.
• zerothepd.ipf - This proc file contains procedures and GUI for zeroing the pd, to make sure the deflection signal is close to zero volts for all the measurements.
