Reduce friction in the view → edit transition

We have improved the recent past the view -> Edit flow but there is more that can be done, this issue is to track all the remaining improvements (particularly important as our view mode is increasingly becoming more powerful)

To be done

• View mode: add an inline "Switch to edit" overlay at the click point #15725
• Double-click in view mode enters edit mode at that spot #15726
• First-ever-transition hint about auto-save (and/or a Save As option on first edit) #15727
• Add Notebookbar but initially collapsed in view mode (instead of the classic menu) #15728
