Give a brief summary of the planned project
Outline the likely benefits of the project
Identify the key parties with an interest in the project – i.e. those who can influence, or may be influenced by, the project
Outline what resources will be needed, including staff (new and existing) and non-staff needs
How will the project be financed? What will be required to fund it and how much will each element cost?
Please provide details of the risks and issues associated with the project, their level of impact on the project (high, medium, low), and plans to mitigate them.
